Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or certificate in Construction Management or Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in reading plans, specs, and using project management tools is required.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll support field and office operations by partnering with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure quality project delivery. This role offers hands-on responsibility with a clear path for growth into future leadership. You’ll help manage daily coordination, documentation, budgeting, compliance, and communication from project start-up through closeout.
You’re curious, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. You love solving problems, building relationships, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
