The Assistant Superintendent assists in planning construction procedures, schedules, and material needs while supervising field craft workers. They are solely responsible for the profitability and management of self-performed scopes of work.
Candidates must have experience in commercial construction and demonstrated leadership and technical competency across various construction scopes. Proficiency in site logistics, contractor supervision, and a commitment to safety and diversity are required.

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for assisting superiors in planning construction procedures, specifications, work schedules, and material needs. The Assistant Superintendent will supervise and coordinate activities of field craft workers on job sites. Additionally, the Assistant Superintendent will be solely responsible for self-performed scopes of work and the profitability of. This responsibility includes but is not limited to craft workers, material ordering and scheduling deliveries, monitoring of costs, and maintaining scheduled activities.

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
