Responsibilities
The Master Trainer will lead and mentor a team of personal trainers while conducting client assessments and designing personalized training sessions. They are also responsible for overseeing training quality, driving local marketing initiatives, and ensuring client success metrics are met.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal training certification and CPR/AED certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal training and leadership, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, is required.

What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction
What You Bring
Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
CPR/AED certified (required)
3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
Proven success in client results and team mentoring
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
Sales and field marketing experience preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
