The Shift Supervisor provides operational and administrative oversight of the facility to ensure safe, patient-centered care and efficient patient throughput. They serve as the on-shift leader managing workflow, staffing, and regulatory compliance while supporting clinical staff and stakeholders.
Requires a high school diploma, QMHP credential, and at least 5 years of direct clinical care experience with 2 years in leadership. Candidates must pass specific Virginia state background checks and be fully vaccinated.
What You'll Do:
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing operational and administrative oversight of the facility during assigned shifts or within specific units, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered delivery of care. The Shift Supervisor oversees day-to-day workflow, patient throughput, staffing coordination, and real-time problem solving to support smooth movement of patients through the facility and appropriate care at each stage of treatment. This role serves as the on-shift leader and key resource for staff, patients, families, and community partners, while promoting effective communication, regulatory compliance, sound clinical operations, and optimal use of resources to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
