Job Description:
Manage a team of 20+ IT professionals supporting O&M for on-prem network and related services, while in parallel building a new software stack.
Role can be in McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA.
Here's what you'll need:
10+ years of experience in a managerial role.
Experience in the following areas:
Demonstrated ability to perform all managerial functions for program including hiring, forecasting, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client management.
Leading complex IT projects with 15+ employees.
Agile Program Management.
Client communication and management.
Bonus points if you have:
Network Infrastructure and Software Development experience.
CISSP, Network+, PMP certifications.
IC Customer experience.
Security clearance:
Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
