Manage daily operations of the simulation laboratory, including day, evening, and special event scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of student participation and simulation activities.
Order, inventory, and maintain simulation equipment and supplies to ensure lab readiness.
Perform basic troubleshooting of simulation equipment, software, audiovisual systems, and mannequin functionality.

Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction that promotes clinical reasoning, professional development, and student success.
Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Collaborate with faculty to continuously improve curriculum and instructional strategies.
Teaching responsibilities generally represent approximately 30% of the position but may increase to up to 50% based on campus needs, enrollment, and faculty coverage.
