The Member Experience Team Member greets guests, manages front door security, and handles member check-ins and inquiries. They are also responsible for administrative tasks, processing retail sales, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with strong customer service and communication skills. Candidates must be able to handle basic cash processing, lift 25lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
