CAPITAL of Indian Trail is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our high-performing CDJR sales team and help drive continued dealership success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, exceptional team-building abilities, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, developing and executing effective sales strategies, coaching and motivating a fast-paced sales team, and fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales team's performance
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards

Automotive Sales Manager Requirements:
Experience in automotive sales, with a successful track record in sales management preferred
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must pass pre-employment background screenings
