Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas is growing, and we are looking for a driven Sales Representative to help serve our South Charlotte and surrounding area market.

This is not a cold-start sales job where you are left to figure everything out on your own. Rock Solid has built a powerful sales platform with one of the biggest advantages in the industry: an exclusive working relationship with Lowe’s that serves as a major lead generator for our team.

In just the last 6 months, this relationship has helped bring in thousands of hot leads from homeowners already looking for exterior remodeling services. That means our sales reps are walking into real opportunities, not chasing dead-end leads.

Compensation & Benefits Package

This position includes:

  • $500 weekly base pay
  • Performance-based commission structure

We are looking for someone who is hungry, professional, coachable, and ready to build a long-term career in construction sales.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, inspect project needs, present solutions, build estimates, and help customers move forward with their exterior remodeling projects.

You will represent Rock Solid Construction professionally in the field, in Lowe’s-related opportunities, and throughout the South Charlotte market.

This role requires someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, follow a process, and close business.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners for sales appointments
  • Sell exterior remodeling projects such as siding, windows, doors, decks, and related construction services
  • Follow up with leads and customers consistently
  • Build accurate scopes and proposals
  • Use company sales tools and CRM systems properly
  • Maintain strong communication with the production team
  • Represent Rock Solid and Lowe’s professionally
  • Build relationships in the South Charlotte market
  • Self-generate additional leads and opportunities
  • Attend store visits and maintain field presence as needed

  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Construction, remodeling, exterior products, or home improvement experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and competitive
  • Comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face
  • Able to follow a proven sales process
  • Organized and responsive
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Willing to be coached and held accountable
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass any required background or driving checks for company vehicle use
