Ensure CS teams are adequately resourced and consistently trained to deliver onboarding and sustained adoption execution.
Lead execution of national clinical initiatives, LAL adoption acceleration programs, and same-store optimization efforts at the regional and area level.
Contribute to the development and iteration of LAL adoption programs in partnership with the Area Sales Director.
Oversight with regional reviews focused on training quality, adoption effectiveness, and clinical readiness across sites.
Build and refine consistency with clinical data reporting, CRM adoption, and cross-functional learning.
Ensure program execution stays consistent with the team's education standards across territories and contribute to increasing field adoption.

RxSight is a medical device company dedicated to transforming cataract surgery outcomes through the power of adjustability. The company makes the Light Adjustable Lens™ (LAL®), the only FDA-approved intraocular lens (IOL) that can be customized after cataract surgery using ultraviolet (UV) light treatments.
Unlike traditional IOLs—which are fixed at the time of implantation—the LAL allows the treating physician to fine-tune the lens prescription after the eye has fully healed. This means patients receive a vision outcome tailored to their actual, post-surgical visual needs rather than a pre-surgical estimate.
RxSight (Nasdaq: RXST) works with cataract surgeons and ophthalmologists to bring this personalized approach to vision care. For physicians, the LAL platform provides a clinical differentiation that no other premium IOL can match.
