About Us
High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Programs and services also assist survivors of abuse, violence, and families experiencing homelessness. High Point believes that everyone has inherent goodness, worth, and dignity. Our goal is to help individuals and families achieve personal change and improve their quality of life.
Quality and Compliance Coordinator Qualifications:
Associates/bachelor’s degree in human services, health care field, Data Analytics, public health management preferred;
Experience working in a healthcare related field preferred;
Experience working in an organization that addresses mental health and/or substance use services preferred;
Experience creating detailed reports and presenting information in a clear, concise manner;
Experience in leading individual and group trainings preferred;
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
Quality and Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities:
Manages and maintains participant/ resident access to quality management systems, including support for bed management and access‑to‑care services, ensuring appropriate permissions for referral, intake, and capacity tracking activities.
Provides administrative support for required state reporting activities by compiling, validating, and submitting data in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Proactively supports identification and completion of quality improvement activities in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Serves as an administrative liaison with Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Clinical departments to support quality‑related projects and initiatives.
Performs routine data entry, file uploads, record validation, and document organization across enterprise quality, risk management, and SharePoint systems.
Maintains working knowledge of Joint Commission standards, Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) licensing requirements, and other applicable behavioral healthcare regulations.
Manages survey data by compiling results, ensuring accuracy, and distributing standardized reports to site and organizational leadership.
Assists with translation and distribution of compliance‑related documents and supports language access, health equity, and culturally appropriate communication efforts.
Coordinates secret shopping and audit call activities, including scheduling, documentation, tracking results, and supporting follow‑up quality improvement actions.
Provides administrative support for the electronic risk management system, including record maintenance, basic system configuration tasks, and end‑user support.
Supports end‑user onboarding and training activities by distributing materials, responding to basic questions, and escalating issues as needed.
Tracks action items from quality committees and reviews by maintaining logs, monitoring deadlines, sending reminders, and updating status reports.
Prepares routine quality reports by compiling data from multiple sources into standardized spreadsheets or presentations.
Coordinates routine communications related to quality initiatives, including distributing documents, sending reminders, and following up on data or training requests
Supports basic quality and compliance audits by assisting with checklist completion, organizing required documentation, collecting evidence, and tracking audit findings and follow‑up items.
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and interactive dashboards to monitor organizational performance and drive data-informed decision-making.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of performance measurement tools, including KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports, to support operational and strategic objectives.
Attend committee meetings as assigned;
Maintains accurate accounts of data management;
