What the day will look like
Managing the existing clients' accounts and client renewals, including consultative services and relationship building.
Preparing insurance quotations to clients and answering daily client enquiries.
Driving business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio.
Handling premium collection and following up insurance claims.
Working closely with team members on large size clients.
Obtaining insurance quotations in market and negotiating insurance terms with underwriters.
Checking policy documents and preparing debit notes to clients.
Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Post-secondary education or degree holder preferred
IIQE qualified or holder of ACII or ANZIIF (Associate) will be added advantage
Over 5 years working experience in general insurance
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
