Account Manager – Partnerships

What the day will look like

• Managing the existing clients' accounts and client renewals, including consultative services and relationship building.
• Preparing insurance quotations to clients and answering daily client enquiries.
• Driving business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio.
• Handling premium collection and following up insurance claims.
• Working closely with team members on large size clients.
• Obtaining insurance quotations in market and negotiating insurance terms with underwriters.
• Checking policy documents and preparing debit notes to clients.
• Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time.

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Post-secondary education or degree holder preferred
• IIQE qualified or holder of ACII or ANZIIF (Associate) will be added advantage
• Over 5 years working experience in general insurance
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
