Position SummaryJBPro is seeking an experienced Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the company’s proposal operations and broader marketing program. This position will assist in managing the RFQ/RFP process while developing company-wide strategies to strengthen JBPro’s brand, website, digital presence, marketing materials, and market positioning.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who can identify opportunities, implement improvements, advise leadership, and coordinate initiatives across departments. This role requires the ability to balance immediate proposal deadlines with long-term marketing priorities.
