The Shop Foreman serves as the technical leader of the service department, directing work distribution and supporting technicians with complex diagnostics. They act as the primary bridge between service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient, accurate, and profitable repair order completion.
Candidates must have over 5 years of automotive technician experience and advanced diagnostic capabilities across multiple vehicle systems. Preferred qualifications include ASE Master Technician or Stellantis certifications and prior leadership experience.
The Shop Foreman is the technical leader of the service department. This role directs work distribution, supports technicians on diagnostic and repair challenges, enforces quality control standards, and drives shop productivity. The Foreman is the bridge between the advisor team and the technician team, ensuring repair orders move through the shop efficiently, accurately, and profitably.
Work Environment:
Active dealership service shop. Exposure to noise, vehicle exhaust, and shop equipment. Standard schedule Monday through Friday.
