The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of Business Banking clients through new customer acquisition and cross-selling. They analyze financial statements to develop customized lending solutions and manage credit risk to ensure alignment with the institution's risk appetite.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics and at least 5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in financial services. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
