The Senior Staff HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing organizational health, workforce planning, and site-level HR governance. They are responsible for leading social compliance audits, managing complex employee relations, and driving HR process improvements to enhance manager capability.
Candidates must possess extensive experience in HR business partnering, including deep knowledge of Thailand labor law and social compliance standards like RBA and ISO 9001. A bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
HR Business Partners serve as a point of contact for both employees and managers in the organization. We play a crucial role in strategizing and improving the complex business model by working closely with management and employees to build organizational and people capabilities.
Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
