Manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process from initial kick-off through to series production. Coordinate all build phases including prototype, pilot, and pre-production while ensuring readiness of materials, tooling, and documentation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates must have hands-on expertise in manufacturing processes, quality standards like FAI/PPAP/APQP, and technical documentation.

Coordinate proto, pilot, and pre-production builds
Ensure readiness of materials, tooling, programs, fixtures, and documentation
Understanding of Product drawings, schematics, BOMs.Manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, testing, packaging)
Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow FAI / PPAP / APQP
