The engineer will oversee the mechanical design and development cycle of server chassis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and efficient product standards. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanism engineering and mechanical design is required, along with strong analytical and experimental skills.

Supermicro is looking for an entry-level mechanical engineer to join our product management team, supporting the mechanical design of in-house server chassis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product engineering and management team to oversee the chassis development cycle, reviewing the mechanical design and mechanical placements to ensure the design is robust and efficient.
This position will be in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.
