The Director of Production Quality will monitor production quality, manage cross-functional teams, and implement preventative mechanisms to ensure product excellence. They are responsible for collecting quality data, standardizing processes, and communicating directly with customers to provide high-quality service.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree and possess a strong background in EE and ME technology. Experience in quality assurance, QC methods, and knowledge of server, storage, and rack products is required.
