The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of warehouse processes, including the coordination of incoming goods and outgoing orders. They ensure accurate documentation, ERP system entries, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must have at least a HAVO/VWO or MBO 2-3 level of education or equivalent relevant work experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in Dutch are required, along with the ability to work in a structured manner under pressure.
Doel van de functie
De Warehouse Administrator is belast met de administratieve ondersteuning van diverse processen van de verschillende teams binnen de afdeling Warehouse. Het betreft de correcte verwerking en eventuele coördinatie van de administratieve handelingen omtrent binnenkomende goederen en de uitgaande orders, alsmede de informatievoorziening naar de betrokken afdelingen. Doel van de functie is de administratie rondom de binnenkomende goederenstroom tot en met de uitgaande orders conform de geldende afspraken af te handelen.
Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden
o Het administratief coördineren van de dagelijkse beweging van goederen;
o Voorbereiden en opstellen van benodigde documentatie voor zendingen;
o Maakt overzichten voor binnenkomende goederen, boekt de ontvangsttransacties in het ERP systeem en verwerkt de bijbehorende documenten;
o Verwerkt de uitgaande orders en voorziet het van de juiste documentatie om het verdere proces te volgen;
o Schriftelijke afstemming met externe partijen (Inkoopteam/ Leverancier) ten aanzien van ontvangst/retourprocessen;
o Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de controle op orde en netheid in de werkomgeving;
o Houdt zich aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften en meldt onveilige situaties;
o Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de controle op orde en netheid in de eigen werkomgeving;
o Is verantwoordelijk voor het juiste gebruik van bedrijfsmiddelen.
Bijzondere omstandigheden
o Werkzaam in een magazijnomgeving (geen kantoor);
o Kan in ploegen ingezet worden.
Kennis en vaardigheden
o Werkt gestructureerd, houdt het overzicht en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
o Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal; zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
o Goede kennis van MS office;
o Kan denken in oplossingen/probleem oplossend vermogen;
o Kan goed omgaan met werkdruk.
Opleiding vereist voor de functie
