Requires an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 2-5+ years of relevant experience, including some leadership in a manufacturing environment. Must have technical expertise in automation, robotic recovery, HVAC-R, and electrical systems up to 480 VAC.

About The Role
This position will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and infrastructure of a chilled water plant. They will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for the reliability and efficiency of operations. The position will be a dayshift position, and responsible for after-hours calls during the week and weekends if the need arises.
What You’ll Do
Directing and supporting the Maintenance staff providing coaching and both positive and negative feedback
Responsible for maintaining maintenance KPI to ZT standards (MTBF, MTTR, PM completions, Downtime reports, Slack time reports and project status
Scheduling repairs and PM schedules with production leadership
Maintaining inventory min/max levels
Working with mechanical contractors for rebuilds
Critiquing and improving SOP for increasing maintenance performance.
Managing continuous improvement, capital projects
What You bring
Associate's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and/or experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-5+ years of relevant work experience
0-1 years of experience in maintenance leadership
Experience with automation and robotic recovery is required.
Experience performing trouble shooting and root cause analysis
Experience in team building, coaching and succession planning for technicians.
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Lean manufacturing experience
Able to communicate in technical terms with skilled labor.
Basic knowledge of electrical and building code
Basic Knowledge of OSHA code
HVAC-R knowledge
Cooling tower knowledge
Electrical up to 480 VAC 3phase
Basic knowledge of motor controls
Employee portals systems (timecard, and performance reviews)
Good knowledge of CMMS systems
Good preventative/predictive skills
MS office software applications
