The Principal Supplier Process Engineer will design and implement process improvements while collaborating with vendors to ensure high quality and reliability. They will also lead refactors, perform regular audits, and establish systems to enhance overall product yield and cost-effectiveness.
Candidates must have 8+ years of related experience with strong proficiency in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with professional certifications such as ASQ CQI, CQA, or CQPA.

Working closely with our product developers, we select and monitor vendors and suppliers who can meet our high engineering and quality standards. In addition, we perform regular auditing and undertake design and development engineering assignments to develop new products or update existing products. We’re also experts in establishing systems and procedures to enhance overall quality.
As a Principal Supplier Process Engineer, you will design and implement process improvements, lead refactors, and champion quality. You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise the bar for yield, cost, and reliability.
