The Payroll Administration Officer supports the Payroll Manager in overseeing payroll functions, including data entry, compliance, and payment processing. The role also involves managing employee queries, maintaining employee files, and ensuring data integrity across payroll systems.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar payroll administration role and a strong understanding of relevant awards and EBA conditions. Proficiency in payroll systems, MS Office, and knowledge of workers compensation processes are essential for this position.

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
Scope currently has a fixed term contract opportunity in our Payroll function on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic time to join Scope as we undertake improvement programs.
This position is responsible for providing support to the Payroll Manager for the oversight of the entire payroll function. This includes payroll queries, compliance processes, data entry and the processing and payment of all deductions (including superannuation).
