Are you a proactive recruiter who thrives on direct headhunting, active talent pipelining, and building authentic stakeholder relationships?
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant with a minimum of 5 years’ agency or internal recruitment experience to join our team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, this is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will focus on direct market sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement for specialized roles, while providing essential campaign and administrative support across our TA team.

Missions/Main Duties
Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, and industry networks to map markets and proactively engage passive candidates for niche positions.
Build and nurture talent pools aligned with project pipelines, establishing ongoing touchpoints with target talent before roles open.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements, while representing the business at industry networking functions, career fairs, and diversity events.
Provide flexible sourcing and overflow support to TA Business Partners during high-volume periods or for complex technical campaigns.
Manage initial candidate screenings, coordinate interview schedules, conduct background checks, and maintain recruitment records and ATS data.
Profile/Skills
Minimum of 5 years in an internal recruitment or agency environment, with a strong track record in direct sourcing, passive candidate outreach, and headhunting.
Proven skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and talent mapping methodologies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively across business units.
Strong organisational skills to manage recruitment administration, candidate tracking (iCIMS or similar ATS), and fast-moving priorities.
Experience recruiting within engineering, infrastructure, or technical sectors is highly regarded, though broader agency or technical recruitment backgrounds are welcomed.
