As our highly valued Technology Governance Specialist based in Brisbane, your role will support the continuous improvement, standardisation and governance of Technology Service Management across Great Southern Bank, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.  

You'll make an impact by: 

• Leading the uplift and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Change, Request, Problem, Configuration and Asset Management.  
• Partnering with technology and business stakeholders to standardise governance frameworks, processes and operational practices across the CIO division.  
• Driving improvements to ServiceNow by gathering, prioritising and supporting delivery of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management requirements.  
• Developing governance standards, reporting, dashboards and performance metrics that improve operational visibility and drive continual improvement.  
• Supporting technology resilience, disaster recovery and CPS230 readiness through governance, planning and recovery documentation.  
• Coordinating governance forums including Change Advisory Board (CAB), Incident and Problem Management meetings while supporting effective operational decision making.  
• Improving CMDB governance and data quality to strengthen technology asset and configuration management.  
• Building strong relationships across technology teams to influence best practice, operational excellence and consistent governance outcomes.
