What we need from you:
Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling with current registration and membership
Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching
Proactive and engaging with organisational customers
Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customers
Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers
Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients
Capacity to work 3 days a week
