What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working closely with clients of all backgrounds, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and reach their goals. You’ll:
Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations
Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
Help mob identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
Responsible for case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client’s progress toward their return-to-work goal
