Manage a portfolio of CTP claims while building strong relationships with customers to support them through their recovery. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding treatment and care while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills are required for this role. Experience in healthcare, medical reception, or sales is highly regarded, though previous insurance experience is not essential.
As a CTP Claims Advisor, you’ll be the helping hand for customers as they navigate the CTP scheme and recover from their injuries.
