The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software solutions. They will translate these needs into functional specifications and support the entire delivery lifecycle, including testing and process improvement.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in business or systems analysis, preferably within the insurance sector. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in Agile methodologies are required.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners (PO), Agile Delivery Managers (ADM), business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyse and document business requirements. You will translate business needs into clear functional specifications that support the design, development, testing and implementation of business applications and technology solutions.
The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery within an Agile software development environment.
