The Director of People and Culture will lead the resort's HR strategy, including recruitment, retention, and performance management. They will also coach department managers and oversee employee relations to ensure a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality or multisite sector. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources is desired, along with strong skills in industrial relations and stakeholder management.

Across the three properties, you'll be the trusted P&C voice in the room for our Heads of Department, coaching, guiding and mentoring them through performance conversations, workforce challenges and the day to day realities of leading teams in a busy multi-brand resort.
