Upcoming Ground Schools: Commencing 10 August 2026
Get ready to kickstart your dream career with Airnorth by attending our comprehensive Cabin Crew Ground School, which spans up to 4 weeks, our expert trainers will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.

Minimum of 18 years of age
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
A valid Passport, with a minimum of 12 months validity
Are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage including Tetum)
Meet the height requirements; between 155cms and 175cms
Current First Aid Certificate including CPR from a recognised Australian provider
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
1 year experience in Customer Service or Hospitality
The ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a police check
Undertake a pre-employment medical
Ability to swim 50 metres unaided
Can work a flexible roster 24/7 (includes weekends, public holidays and peak periods) and have reliable transportation.
Impeccable personal presentation and no visible tattoos whilst in uniform
A positive attitude and a team player
Genuine desire to assist and care for others

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
