The role is responsible for processing and reporting bi-weekly payroll taxes, including quarterly balancing and filing across multiple jurisdictions. It involves reconciling tax notices, maintaining state and local tax IDs, and partnering with HR and Benefits teams to ensure accuracy.
Requires over 5 years of experience in payroll processing and deep knowledge of tax laws and accounting practices. Proficiency with Workday and multi-state payroll experience is required, while a CPP certification is desirable.
