The Payroll Assistant will load and validate supplemental pay requests while providing research and customer service support. They are also responsible for resolving audit findings and responding to compensation-related inquiries within established service level agreements.
Candidates must have a high school diploma with at least one year of relevant education or work experience in payroll. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of payroll regulations, including FLSA, are required.
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Payroll Assistant 3 candidate in our Irving, Texas location. This position will require an in office arrangement and is not full virtual.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Load and validate supplemental pay request
•Perform research on demand
•Customer Service
•Sector POC support
•Resolve audit findings each payroll process
•Respond to inquiries from customers regarding deductions, calculations and changes in compensation within SLA
•Basic Ad hoc query request
•Assisted with creating scenario-based audit reports
