The Marketing Manager will design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple branches to drive revenue and brand awareness. They will collaborate with regional leadership to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and possess proven experience in full-funnel marketing and digital channels. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with field personnel are essential for this role.
Apex Service Partners is a people-focused HVAC, plumbing and electrical services group whose goal is to partner with and build leading local brands around the country.
Join Apex Service Partners as a Marketing Manager and lead your locations’ marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, strengthen community ties and drive revenue through traditional and digital marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will design, execute and optimize campaigns across 3-5 branches that have well-established local brand recognition and consumer trust. The marketing manager will communicate and collaborate closely with field personnel, including General Managers and Regional Leadership teams, to understand service priorities and capacity, along with marketing campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.
The position is Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week. Candidate must reside near Bloomington, MN. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with occasional travel.
