The Finisher performs concrete placement, finishing, curing, and cutting tasks under the direction of a foreman. They are responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of related experience or training in concrete work is required.

The Finisher performs under the direction of the finisher foreman/lead and carries out assignments related to concrete placement, finishing, curing, cutting, based on the proper selection of equipment, materials and finishing sequence needed to deliver an acceptable end product.
The Finisher will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality, and productive (SQP) manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role.
