Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience, including proficiency in hand and trowel finishing. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for travel within the Orlando area.

The Finisher Driver performs under the direction of the finisher foreman/lead and carries out assignments related to concrete placement, finishing, curing, cutting, based on the proper selection of equipment, materials and finishing sequence needed to deliver an acceptable end product.
The Finisher Driver will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality, and productive (SQP) manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role.
