The Formwork Engineer II designs and prepares technical formwork layout drawings and calculates loads for shoring and forming systems. They collaborate with field teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure safe, economical implementation of forming systems.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with at least four years of related experience. Candidates must be an Engineer in Training (EIT) or licensed, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

The Formwork Engineer II designs and prepares formwork layout drawings addressing the technical aspects of formwork layout, forming materials, system selection, and proper implementation. Supports project planning to ensure the most efficient, safe, and economical forming systems are incorporated in the project design. When required, work may be reviewed and stamped by a licensed engineer
