The Party Chief manages all layout activities to ensure safe and accurate work while collaborating with project leadership on improvement ideas. They interface daily with clients and management to resolve constructability issues and maintain a safe work environment.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 years of related experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Man II is also required.

The Party Chief is responsible for all layout activities and ensures safe, accurate work. Has a good understanding of SQP goals and collaborates with Project Leadership to identify improvement ideas. Contributes to effective project management through daily observations and communication. Interfaces daily with the client and project management to resolve tolerance conflicts and field constructability issues. Contributes to safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.
The Party Chief will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Compensation for this position is expected to range from $84,615 to $110,000 annually.
Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, training, skills, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
In addition to base compensation, eligible co-workers may participate in company-sponsored benefits, which may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings plans, and other company-sponsored benefit programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
