The HR Generalist assists the Regional HR Manager in implementing processes for effective recruiting, retention, and employee relations. They also play a key role in ensuring compliance and overseeing the work of direct reports within the region.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field with 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree. A professional certification in Human Resource Management (PHR or SPHR) is preferred, as is prior experience in the construction industry.

The Human Resource Generalist assists the Regional HR Manager in implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company's most important asset (the co-worker) within his/her assigned Region. This is accomplished by collaborating with Managers within the Region, as well as Corporate HR. The Generalist plays an important role in ensuring compliance.
The Human Resource Generalist will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. Compensation for this position is expected to range from $$88,333 to $95,000 annually.
Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, training, skills, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
In addition to base compensation, eligible co-workers may participate in company-sponsored benefits, which may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings plans, and other company-sponsored benefit programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
