The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, erecting, stripping, and repairing structures made of steel, wood, and plywood. This includes installing various types of forms and working with building layouts under the supervision of a foreman.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or training. Grit and determination are highly valued for this role.

The Carpenter will perform under the supervision of a foreman/lead duties including constructing, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood, plywood using carpenter's hand and power tools conforming to construction documents. Will be exposed to all the following duties but may specialize in one or more areas.
The Carpenter will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
