Partner with Event Producers and collaborate across the organization with Catering, AV, Broadcast, Facilities, Security, Creative Teams, and other internal partners to host an excellent client experience
Check all meeting rooms and event spaces at the start of each day before guests enter
Demonstrate executive presence and professionalism when interacting with senior clients and guests
Qualifications
Education Required: Currently enrolled in college, pursuing a major in hospitality (communications or marketing also considered)
Experience: Prior event, client experience, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus
Must be client-facing with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Demonstrate sound decision-making ability, executive presence, and strong organizational skills
Must be skilled in: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Helpful Experience: Salesforce, Monday.com
This position will be located in New York City and requires 5 days onsite a week; hours 7-10 am ET and 2-5 pm ET.
