The ODCR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to identify, assess, and manage non-financial, regulatory, and compliance risks. They will also facilitate risk and control self-assessments, coordinate regulatory change responses, and drive remediation activities across the bank.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in financial services or retail banking with a background in non-financial risk or compliance. Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of risk management frameworks are essential for this role.

Operational Design, Control & Resilience (ODCR) is responsible for enabling the Non-Financial, Regulatory
and Compliance Risk activities undertaken in the First Line of Defence across the bank. This role sits in the team that supports the Operations and Support Functions business areas.
As an ODCR Business Partner, you will be a trusted adviser to senior leaders across the business, helping identify, assess and manage operational, regulatory and compliance risks. Working within the First Line of Defence, you'll play a critical role in strengthening risk culture, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring effective risk management across the organisation.
This is a highly visible role that offers broad exposure across several business areas, providing the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing evolution of ING's non-financial risk management.
