The Producer is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with mid-size to enterprise companies. Key duties include prospecting through networking and cold calling, as well as developing risk management solutions and insurance proposals.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience and insurance licensing, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of experience. Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM are preferred.
The Producer is responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating and managing relationships with new and existing clients. This role primarily focuses on mid-size to large/enterprise companies with high revenue potential. The Producer collaborates with other team members and support personnel in sales situations and may oversee overall client relationships with day-to-day account management support.

As a Producer, you play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building and nurturing valuable relationships, and expanding Gallagher’s market share. Your contributions will directly influence the success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
