The specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Revenue Cycle Management components of the Electronic Health Record and billing systems. They coordinate with IT and leadership to ensure system performance, provide user training, and execute corrective changes for accurate billing.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in health care billing systems, strong computer skills, and knowledge of privacy laws and regulatory requirements are essential.
The mission of Helio Health, Inc. is: To promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) System Support Specialist is responsible for support activities related to the RCM components of the Electronic Health Record and Billing system, including corrections and maintenance of the Revenue Cycle Management operating environments. This position works under administrative direction and coordinates with the RCM System Administrator and leadership team to plan, organize, and manage the H.I.T. system and related functions and to perform related duties as required.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500.00!
Pay Range: $67,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year.
