We’re looking for an detail-oriented, hardworking, customer service minded Administrative Specialist that can assist our onsite teams to success.
This full-time position assists in supporting our District and Community Managers in all aspects of property management. Candidates must have proven experience in administrative related roles. Experience with property management, specifically affordable housing, is a plus as our Administrative Specialists are responsible for maintaining the rental office including collecting site income, maintaining site bookkeeping and keeping accurate files and records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Landsman Development Corp. (LDC) was established in 1971 by its founder and initial shareholder, Elliott Landsman. Since its inception, the company has developed and invested in a wide variety of projects including industrial, commercial, office, retail, and multi-family residential, both subsidized and conventional. Mayzon Management Corporation was incorporated in 1972 to manage real estate developed by its parent company, Landsman Development Corp. The company name has evolved over the years, and the name has been changed to Landsman Real Estate Services, Inc. Landsman has grown to manage more than 2,400 rental units and over three million square feet of industrial, commercial and office space and has also become the property management company of choice for several third-party owners.
