The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for reviewing incoming title orders, entering and validating data, and organizing supporting documentation. They ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies before files move forward into production.
Prior experience in title insurance, real estate, banking, or the legal industry is preferred but not required. Candidates must possess strong computer skills and the ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
