Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and fine-tune a range of mechanical, optical, and electrical subassemblies under general supervision.

Interpret engineering drawings and ISO-standard work instructions to ensure accurate builds.
Conduct functional testing and inspection to maintain high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly, including experience with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and sanders.
Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and metrology concepts.
Technical curiosity and eagerness to develop in areas like computer operations, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Ability to read and follow technical documents such as blueprints and assembly diagrams.
· Detail-oriented and disciplined, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
· Serious and professional in their approach, with a high standard of craftsmanship.
Someone who enjoys variety and change while maintaining precision and focus.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic web navigation.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks.
Comfortable standing for long periods during production.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision tasks.
