Responsibilities
Health Research, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator II to join the tight-knit Office of Contracts & Operations team within the Corporate Office, in Menands, NY. The incumbent will be responsible for contract administration activities including contract creation, negotiations, amendments, processing budget modifications, contract amendments, reviewing vouchers for payment, and close-out of subrecipient and contractor agreements. This role works closely with HRI’s Office of Sponsored Programs, the Office of Corporate Compliance, the Corporate Controller, and many New York State Department of Health programs.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of contract administration experience; OR an Associate’s degree in a related field and four years of contract administration experience; OR six years of contract administration experience.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business or a related field and demonstrated contract administration experience including reviewing vouchers, processing budget modifications, and/or contracts. Experience working within a not-for-profit corporation and/or with grant funding.

Work Location Expectations
At HRI, the nature of hybrid and onsite work varies by position. Some roles require full onsite presence, while others allow a hybrid schedule.
