The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the residential property to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents. This includes performing routine preventive maintenance and diagnosing repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general interior/exterior fixtures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in property management maintenance. Required certifications include EPA Universal, with CPO certification preferred and a valid driver's license.
The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
