The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for managing new product introduction quality, overseeing COQ, and deploying internal quality control systems. They will also conduct product inspections, manage non-conforming materials, and lead product recovery or recall activities as needed.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or statistical discipline, with a preference for ceramic, materials, or chemical engineering. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or development is required, along with strong communication and documentation skills.
