The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the physical integrity of the property by performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They also ensure a safe living environment by adhering to company policies and regulatory standards while responding to emergency service requests.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of property maintenance experience. An EPA Universal Certification is required, and a CPO certification is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
